Coalport Rosamund Teaplate - c. 1920's - 1930's

This lovely teaplate has a hand-coloured transfer print border pattern, decorated with rich pinks, browns, blues and greens to emulate the oriental Famille Rose style. The plate has a cream ground with a bright glaze. The edge of the plate has a green border. This is a less-known Coalport pattern and difficult to find.  It is a pattern with immediate eye-appeal applied to a durable ceramic. Perfect for display or to use for a special occasion!

Coalport Rosamund "Tea For Two" Set - c. 1920's - 1930's

This lovely five piece teaset for two people has a hand-coloured transfer print border pattern, decorated with rich pinks, browns, blues and greens to emulate the oriental Famille Rose style. Every piece has a green border and the teapot, milk jug and cups all have a leaf style handle with handpainted green detail. The knop of the teapot is in the form of a pink handpainted rosebud. This is a sought-after pattern and it is very rare to find a set like this in such good condition. Noritake Yellow/Gilded Floral Border Pattern Trio - c. 1911

This superb trio by Noritake has a pastel yellow border, with an embellished gilded floral motif on a trellis-type pattern. The main floral decoration on the cup and teaplate is in tube line style relief, which gives the pattern a richness and brings it to life. There is also a gilt floral motif inside the cup. Each piece has the red Noritake backstamp which was registered in 1911. The cup is conical in shape, with an art deco style handle. Shelley Spring Bouquet Fruit/ Dessert Dish

This lovely fruit dish by Shelley is in the "Spring Bouquet" pattern. There are some very light scratches on the surface and the gilding along the edge of the dish is slightly rubbed in places.
